Description
BewareAlan Francis Vigers`s upbeatjolly 1901 design has a somewhat sinister undertone. So named because its head resembles the rounded shape of a monk`s habitthis plant is also referred to as wolfsbanerecalling its use as a toxic poison used to coat arrows fired at marauding wolves in Classical times. This plantas treacherous as it is beautifulis charmingly rendered by Vigers with innocuous innocence.
